Pepco is honored to host a "Decarbonization Forum" featuring keynote speaker Ernest Moniz, the 13th Secretary of the United States Department of Energy and CEO of the Energy Futures Initiative. The event will also feature a panel discussion hosted by Pepco Holding's senior vice president of Government and External Affairs, Melissa Lavinson. Discussion leaders include:  

• Tommy Wells, Director of the District Department of Energy & Environment 

• Ralph Cavanagh, Energy Co-Director, Natural Resources Defense Council 

• Dr. Robert Weisenmiller, former Chair of the California Energy Commission 

• Pryia Jayachandran, President of the National Housing Trust 

Advanced registration is required as a limited number of tickets are available.  Registration is requested by September 20th.  Event check-in begins at 2:30 p.m.  The forum will commence at 3 p.m. and will be followed by a light reception.
